Away from any technical info and equiptment spec a word should be said about approach to recording at subsound.
Stress free live takes of bands which are subsequently completely reworkable is one area that the studio excels at.
Importing 50% finished songs and completing them in not many hours to high standard also.
Some bands turn up at 10.00am and leave at 6.00pm with
3-5 songs that they realy like on 5 discs printed up. Cost £180.00 (more copies see Duplication).
At the very least these are good demos,but if you wanted to continue with them
here or elsewhere the whole song is saved to CD rom.
You do not pay for unproductive time eg. if you stop for lunch or if there is technical problem.
Use of option equiptment is both included and encouraged but obviously is an option to your equiptment.
If you are interested in using SDX it can be set up in advance you can try it with the band, if you decide to use it we
carry on, if not then we set your kit up but only start charging from when we start setting up your kit----stress free.
You can setup one night - input levels sorted etc have a jam - return the next day for recording proper.
If you are a band or writer from out of the area there is some acomodation.
Last I would like to say that this is not the best studio in the world, however
price vs sound is excellent and there is a guarantee in the prices section.
